MR. DEMOLA ALADEKOMO – Managing Director

B.Sc. Computer Engineer, MBA former Publicity Secretary, COAN. Mr. Aladekomo is the Managing Director of the company. He has over seventeen years experience in the Design, Installation and maintenance of various Local/Wide Area Networks and Communications systems.He is a Fellow of Computer Association of Nigeria (COAN) and Computer Professional Registration Council (CPN). He pioneered the Electronic Purse technology in Nigeria by starting what today culminated in the Valucard brand of Electronic Card scheme being operated in Nigeria by Smartcard Nigeria PLC.

MRS OLUSOLA OMOTAYO – GM, Public Sector

Mrs. Omotayo is a graduate of University of Jos with B.A in English. She also possesses a Master Degree in International law and Diplomacy and also a member of Nigeria Institute of Public Relation. She joined the company in November 1996 and was deployed to market the company's products. Currently, she is the DGM, Public Sector .

FUNKE ALOMOOLUWA – Chief Accounting Officer

Funke is a graduate of Computer Science with Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University. She is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) She trained as an auditor in BDO Oyediran Faleye Oke & Co (Chartered Accountants) for five years, where she was privileged to lead the audit of various sectors of the economy. She joined CardCentre (A subsidiary of Chams) in 2005 as Head, Finance and Administration. She was later promoted to DGM (Finance & Administration), where she was responsible for managing and formulating policies on the company’s finance, account and administrative functions. As Chief Accounting Officer of Chams, she has a mandate to operate a centralized Group Accounting Unit, providing leadership and direction to the Accounting units of Chams, CardCentre and SuperCard.

AYO LAWANI – Head, Marketing

Ayo Lawani is responsible for leading the marketing team and developing the business strategy for successfully promoting the ChamsAccess Service within the several verticals of the economy. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemical Sciences from the Lagos State University and a Masters in Finance from the same Institution in 1992 and 2003 respectively. His duties include applying planning concepts and techniques to articulate a strong brand vision and ideas for the ChamsAccess Service Terminals. His professional career has seen him working for organisations in the Banking/Financial Services as Senior Banking Officer in Skye bank as well as in IT Sector as Head of Client Engagement for Soft Works (a subsidiary of Telnet Nig). His working experience spans about a decade in the field of Banking, Information technology consulting, support and sales.

MR. IDOWU LOGILE – Head, Corporate Services and Communication

Mr. Logile commenced his working career in Chams in 1990 and by dint of hard work, dedication to duty and loyalty was granted a scholarship to study Law. ID, as he is fondly called, studied Law at the Famous Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife where he won the Amicable Insurance Prize for the best graduating student in the Law of Insurance in the year 1998. He was called to the Bar in 2003. His 16 years work experience have enbled him to traverse various departments in the company, thereby handling several issues relating to protocol, marketing, administration and legal for the company. He is currently the Admin Manager for the company responsible for the general administration of the office.

OMOYEMI OLULEYE – Head, Innovation and Human Capital Development

Omoyemi Oluleye is a seasoned Human Resource Specialist with five years experience in formulating and implementing various HR transformation projects for different organizations in diverse capacities. Omoyemi specializes in Change Management, Business Process Re-engineering, Quality Management, Adoption of Best practices programmes for different sectors of the business. She has championed a lot of organisational change initiatives in her recent years of career days. As a Human Capital Development professional, she thrives in training, recruiting, career development, managing and monitoring organisational performance using tools such as the Balanced Scorecard and robust Performance Management System that embraces all aspect of the business. She is the Management Representative of the company on Total Quality Management Systems. She started her career with the Honeywell Group before joining Chams Nigeria Ltd. A member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, Omoyemi holds a bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State.

OLAYINKA ODUKOYA – Chief Financial Officer

Odukoya Ajibola Olayinka is the Chief Finance Officer of Chams. He resumed as the Head of Finance and Admin of Paymaster Limited on 11th of November, 2005 Before then he was the Financial Controller of the First, Foremost and leading ISP Linkserve Limited.Yinka has over 15 years work experience in Financial Strategy,Audit and Accountancy.He is a member of the Institute of chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a 1992 Bachelor of Science graduate of Zoology from Ogun State University.He has spent the past 5 years in senior managerial positions, with strong audit background having worked in Akintola Williams Deloitte Touche & Co. between 1993 & 1997. He is a result-oriented team player who is creative, adaptive and resourceful with a focus on organizational goals and targets. Good computer knowledge and eager to learn more on existing and new technologies.
