PROF. A.D AKINDE

Prof. Akinde is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Chams, a responsibility he assumed on January 3, 2005. The board collectively decided the general policy of the company.He is a qualified Electrical Engineer from the University of Ife, now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife, Nigeria, and he has gained a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Sussex, Brighton, UK. He is a fellow and past president of the Computer Association of Nigeria (now Nigeria Computer Society).He has consulted widely for Government, Private sector, as well as International Agencies both locally and abroad. He is the present Registrar and Fellow of the Computer Professionals of Nigeria (CPN)

MR. DEMOLA ALADEKOMO

Mr. Demola Aladekomo is the Managing Director of Chams Nigeria Limited, a leading IT company with special focus on card technologies. Demola is a highly experienced IT practitioner with some of the landmark achievements in the industry associated tohim, arising from his visionary capacity in IT. He was responsible for the establishment of the first wide area networking on PC in Nigeria. In addition, Chams, under his leadership was the first company to venture into card technologies in Nigeria and the applauded success story of Valucard is a brainchild of Demola Aladekomo. He is a Fellow of the Nigeria Computer Society (NCS). A member of Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE) and a Fellow f Computer Professional Registration Council (CPN).He holds a B.Sc. Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Ife and an MA from the University if Lagos. He was part f the first Chief Executives Programme at the Lagos Business School in 1992. He is the Chairman, Board of Trustees, Volunteer Corps as well as Vice Chairman, Board of Trustees, Smarctard Society of Nigeria

MR. MOROTI BANKOLE

Mr. Moroti Bankole is the current Managing Director of Microworks Nigeria Limited and a fellow of the Nigeria Computer Society (NCS). He has cognate experience in Information Technology and has successfully executed various projects involving designing, implementation and marketing of a wide range of IT solutions. In addition, Mr. Bankole serves as a director in the various IT companies including JKK, Future Technology Systems, Microserve Limited and B. Gamis Industries Limited.Mr. Bankole earned a B.Sc Electrical Engineering in the University of Central London in 1970. He is a member of the Computer Professionals of Nigeria (CPN)

ENGR. AKIN SAWYER

Engr. Akin Sawyerr has over 30 years working experience in Information Technology, Electronic Engineering and Resource Management. He is currently a Director with the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission. He was at various times a consultant to the Nigerian University System on Management Information System (MIS); Deputy Director, Data Management at the National University Commission; Member, Governing Council of the National Mathematical Center. He is a Fellow of the Computer Society of Nigeria; Member, Nigerian Society of Engineers; COREN registered Engineer; registered member of Computer Professional (Registration Council) of Nigeria – CPN and a member of the Internet Society

MR. FEMI WILLIAMS

Femi holds a B.Sc. degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Information Technology. He joined Chams Nigeria Limited in 1990 as a Computer Engineer, and by dint of hard work, resourcefulness and dedication, he rose to the position of General Manager in January 2001. He held this position until he joined Supercard Limited as Managing Director in March 2004. An engineer to the core, Femi has designed and implemented numerous systems connectivity projects; LANS, WANS, mini - mainframe linkages, structured cabling systems, etc. He was the Chief Operating Officer of Chams for many years leading the sales, marketing and technical teams. He was actively involved in strategic policy formulation and implementation as well as mentoring for the entire company. He is a member of the Nigerian Computer Society (NCS), Nigerian Society of Engineers and Computer Professional (Registration Council) of Nigeria (CPN) and enjoys playing the game of Squash.
